Purchase and delivery of heating fuel

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and recurring delivery of heating fuel for the 2026/2027 heating season to the Lutocin municipal office and its organizational units. It is divided into two parts: 82 tonnes of bagged coal granules and 30 tonnes of lump coal in Part 1, and 32 tonnes of bagged A1 wood pellets in Part 2. The supplier must provide its own transport, unload the fuel at the locations designated by the contracting authority, and deliver the required quality certificates and delivery documents with every shipment. The contract will run for up to 7 months, with deliveries arranged according to the contracting authority's needs and normally notified 3 working days in advance. Offers may be submitted for one or both parts. The deadline for submitting offers is 22 September 2026 at 11:00. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the procurement platform. Award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and invoice payment period, weighted at 40%. A payment period of 7 days receives 0 points, 14 days receives 20 points and 21 days receives 40 points. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
