Successive deliveries of light heating oil during the 2026/2027 heating season

Summary

The tender concerns successive deliveries, unloading and sale of light heating oil for buildings administered by the Kościelisko Municipality and its subordinate units. The contract runs for 12 months, from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027. The estimated quantity is 110,000 litres measured at the reference temperature of 15°C, with a guaranteed minimum purchase of 60,000 litres and a maximum of 110,000 litres. The oil must meet the requirements for light heating oil grade L-1 under PN-C-96024:2020-12 or an equivalent standard and must be legally sourced, properly marked and coloured, and free from contaminants that could damage heating equipment. Key limits include density no higher than 860.0 kg/m³ at 15°C, calorific value at least 42.6 MJ/kg, flash point above 55°C, sulphur content no higher than 0.10% and water content no higher than 0.020%. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid must be signed with a qualified, trusted or personal electronic signature and submitted with the required declarations and supporting documents. The evaluation uses gross price at 60% and delivery time at 40%; delivery within one working day receives 40 points, while five working days receives zero points. No bid security or performance security is required.
