Supply of fuel to the Golub-Dobrzyń Municipality and its organizational units

Summary

The tender covers fuel deliveries to the Golub-Dobrzyń Municipality and its organizational units in three lots. Lot 1 covers approximately 21 tonnes of lump coal, 54 tonnes of pea coal and 1 tonne of block coal. Lot 2 covers approximately 11 tonnes of bagged softwood pellets. Lot 3 covers approximately 34,000 litres of light heating oil L-1 complying with the PN-C-96024 standard. Each lot has a three-month performance period and may be increased by up to 20% under the option right, depending on the contracting authority’s needs and weather conditions. Bids must be submitted electronically by 22 September 2026 at 11:00. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60 points, and the declared partial-delivery deadline, weighted at 40 points. The bidder must select one delivery deadline from one to five working days. A quality certificate, quality attestation or equivalent document must be submitted for each lot, and documents not prepared in Polish must include a Polish translation.
