Termomodernization of the Czarna Wieś Volunteer Fire Station building in a design-and-build form

Summary

The tender concerns the energy modernization of the Czarna Wieś Volunteer Fire Station building in a design-and-build form. The contract covers comprehensive energy-efficiency improvements, including external wall insulation, replacement of windows and doors, upgrading the heating system with a biomass boiler, modernization of hot water and heating installations, and ventilation upgrades. The supplier will be responsible for full project design and construction, obtaining all necessary approvals (permits and occupancy where required), and coordinating multi-disciplinary supervision. The Contractor must align with the PFU (Functional and Utilization Program) and the energy audit attached to the SWZ, and will deliver a complete design and build package, including all required documentation. Bids are evaluated on a dual-criterion basis: price (60%) and warranty period (40%), with a minimum warranty of 36 months and a maximum of 60 months. The procurement is conducted electronically via the Platforma e-Zamówienia and funding is provided under the ECO REMIZA program.
