Delivery of medical gases – medical oxygen for SPZZOZ Zwolen with accompanying services. The contract covers the supply of oxygen in cylinders (including those owned by the Ordering Party or the Supplier’s own cylinders), transport, filling and servicing of cylinders, and related regulatory compliance (including cylinder maintenance and legalization). Deliveries are planned over a 12-month period (or until the contract’s maximum value is reached), with a guaranteed minimum value of 70% of the base contract and an option to increase deliveries up to 30% of the base value. The tender evaluation will be based on price, delivery time for planned deliveries, and payment terms. The supplier must hold the necessary permits to trade medicinal gases (pharmaceutical wholesale license) or licenses covering the manufacture/import of medicinal products including medical gases, and must provide appropriate documentation if required.
