Conservation works at the headquarters of the National Museum of Technology in Warsaw

Summary

The contract concerns conservation works in the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw for the Narodowe Muzeum Techniki, covering selected rooms (1.21, 1.24, 1.25, 1.26, 1.27, 1.41, 1.43). The work includes relocation of furnishings, removal of redundant installation cables, protection of floors, conservation and restoration of lamps, works on plaster and painted surfaces, stucco work, color coordination with the City Conservator of Historic Monuments with NMT, and related metalwork, cabinetry and electrical components, flooring and skirting, and wooden doors. It also requires documentation and coordination according to the SWZ and project documentation. The contractor must have a qualified team and prior experience in conservation/restoration of historic interiors. The completion time is 50 days from contract signing, no later than 21 December 2026.
