Tractor purchase for the implementation of OLiOC tasks – Gmina Jedlicze

Summary

Purchase and delivery of 1 brand-new tractor for the OLiOC - Gmina Jedlicze Population Protection and Civil Defence Programme. The supplier must provide transport, unloading, delivery-preparation, and all documentation required for registration and legal use in Poland. The tractor must meet the minimum technical specifications: 4-cylinder diesel engine with displacement at least 3800 cm³, nominal power at least 93 HP, turbocharged with intercooler, SCR with a diesel particulate filter (DPF) to meet Stage V emissions, 4x4 drive, a gearbox with at least 45 forward and 45 reverse gears with low gears, transmission enabling a minimum transport speed of 40 km/h, electro-hydraulic rear PTO (EHR), at least 6 external hydraulic outlets (3 quick-connect pairs), rear lift capacity minimum 4500 kg, front three-point linkage with at least 2 hydraulic connections and a power socket, enclosed cabin with air conditioning and heating, sunroof, radio, at least one work light and warning beacon. Documentation for first registration and homologation, warranty of at least 24 months (or longer if offered), and service provisions are required. Delivery within 14 calendar days from contract signing. Payment terms: 30 days after proper invoicing; if required, structured invoicing through KSeF. The contract also covers transfer of ownership, transport, unloading, and complete handover documentation to enable lawful operation in Poland.
