Construction of the ORLIK sports complex in Albigowa

Summary

The tender concerns the design and construction of the ORLIK sports complex in Albigowa, carried out in a design-build approach. The contractor will develop the project documentation and execute all construction works, including a football pitch (32.1 m x 62.0 m) with a synthetic surface, a multi-use pitch (19.1 m x 32.1 m) with a polyurethane surface, fencing, ball stops, a sanitary and changing building, lighting, and site development. The project must be accessible to persons with disabilities and comply with applicable standards. Financing comes from the Fund for the Development of Physical Culture as part of the “Moje Boisko – ORLIK 2012” Modernisation program (Edition 2025). The contract period is 23 months from signing the agreement.
