Summary

The tender concerns adaptation works on the third floor of the main building of the Father Rafała SPZOZ Hospital in Proszowice, Stage II, to accommodate the Pulmonology Department. The works include demolition of an interior wall, renewal of floor and wall coverings with substrate preparation, removal and backfilling of chases for electrical and telecommunication installations, installation of lighting and other fixtures, finishing works (joins, corner protections, fittings), and related electrical, plumbing and sanitary works. The project will be executed in an active hospital building, with safety, fire protection and sanitary requirements observed, and within the schedule specified in the contract (21 calendar days from signing of the agreement). The contractor is responsible for site safety, protection of adjacent areas, and for providing all required documentation and tests upon completion.
