Physical protection service for the Regional Court in Otwock

Summary

The contract concerns the provision of physical security services for personnel and property of the Regional Court in Otwock at two locations: Armii Krajowej 2 and Powstańców Warszawy 3, for the period from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028. The contractor will ensure continuous guard presence, entry access control, patrolling, CCTV monitoring and secure transport and handover of documents between the two sites. The scope includes defined staffing and shift arrangements (PS1, PR1, PN1, PN2, PR2), daily and holiday coverage, and an optional cloakroom service (szatnia) under the contract. The engagement comprises detailed duty rosters, periodic reporting, and a budgeting framework with a total estimated effort of 56,672 man-hours over 731 calendar days, with the possibility to adjust coverage as specified in the agreement.
