Modernization of the community room in Kloczew

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of the community room (świetlica) at the OSP building in Kłoczew (address: ul. Długiej 47, 08-550 Kłoczew). The works include demolition and construction of new partitions, ground and upper-floor floors, suspended ceilings, doors and metal fittings, sanitary walls, and installations for water, sewage, fire protection, central heating, and gas, in line with project documentation and Polish technical standards. The project is co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EFRROW) under the CAP Strategic Plan 2023–2027, Leader RLKS component – Local Development Driven by the Community. The contract will be awarded in the basic mode without negotiations. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%). The contract duration runs from the date of signing to 15 February 2027, with payment terms of 30 days from receipt of the invoice. Public procurement documents are accessible via the Platforma e‑Zamówienia (e‑Zamówienia/e‑Procurement), and there is no bid partition. The contract includes no security deposit obligation and requires compliance with employment and subcontracting rules as specified in the SWZ (Annexes 2–10).
