Installation of a photovoltaic installation for the building of the School and Kindergarten Complex in Lyski

Summary

The tender concerns the design, supply and installation of two photovoltaic installations for the School and Kindergarten Complex building in Lyski, with a total capacity of at least 49.72 kWp; installations will be located at two sites (ground and roof). The contractor shall use their own technical designs prepared by authorized personnel and coordinate with the contracting authority. An information board (240 cm x 120 cm) must be installed according to the EU Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 guidelines. The project is co-financed by the European Union and must comply with the DNSH principle. The execution period is up to 30 days from contract signing. A bid guarantee of 5% of the bid price is required. Guarantees for design and construction works: 36-60 months; PV modules min 10 years, inverters min 10 years; power warranty at least 85% over 30 years; other devices at least 5 years. The award criteria are price (60 points) and warranty period for design and construction works (40 points).
