Reconstruction of bridges Nos. 1, 2 and 3 along the TPN internal road - Zazadnia

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of Bridges Nos. 1, 2 and 3 along the internal road within Tatrzański Park Narodowy (TPN) – Zazadnia. The contractor must perform the full scope of construction works, including preparatory and earthworks, demolition of existing bridge elements (including wooden decks, parapets, load-bearing structures and supports) as specified in the contract documents, and the reconstruction and repair of supports and concrete elements. It also covers fabrication and installation of steel load-bearing framing with connections, drilling, welding and anti-corrosion protection; construction and installation of wooden decks, cross-bracing, double-layer timber panels, curbs and guard rails; soil remediation, profiling and compaction, and layer works with aggregates. For Bridges 2 and 3, works related to organizing and strengthening the supports area and stream bed (including stone facing and concrete revetments) are included; construction and later removal of temporary pedestrian bridges to ensure safe crossing during construction; and all related auxiliary, transport, testing and waste management tasks. The contractor must demonstrate relevant bridge reconstruction experience, meet the qualification and compliance requirements, and provide a qualified team. A site visit is required, and the works take place within the TPN area under a lump-sum contract. The procurement uses a two-stage evaluation with price as the main criterion (60%) and a warranty period for the works and installed components (40%). An offer may be rejected if the warranty is not specified in full months as required. All costs, taxes and responsibilities under the contract must be included in the offered price, with payments in PLN.
