Technical assistance for software operating within a specialized GIS system is being procured. The contract covers GEO-INFO product supervision and support, including remote support for GEO-INFO products; updates of GEO-INFO components (Mapa, EGiB, Ośrodek, Delta) via the Client Panel; remote updates of GEO-INFO e-services performed by contractor staff; on-site or remote service for GEO-INFO license management; e-puap/national node during the contract; subscription during the contract; migration of missing data into the existing GEO-INFO database; a WMS service with rasters for the i.Mapa module; software development and adaptation to regulatory changes and bug handling; contract duration is 10 months.
