Thermomodernization of public utility buildings in the town and municipality of Zawichost

Summary

The tender concerns the thermomodernization of public utility buildings in the town and municipality of Zawichost, financed under an ERDF program. It comprises two parts: Part 1 covers energy efficiency improvements for the OSP Chrapanów building, including external wall, floor and interior ceiling insulation, replacement of windows and doors, ventilation system modernization, lighting upgrades, and modernization of hot water and heating installations with a heat pump of 8 kW; Part 2 covers energy efficiency improvements for the UMiG Zawichost building, including insulation of basement wall and external wall, interior ceiling, replacement of windows and doors, lighting upgrades, and modernization of the heating system with a 55 kW heat pump and climate-convector units, as well as the installation of renewable energy sources.
