Insulation of interior walls on the ground floor and the first floor at the Palace Building of the Day Care Home for the Elderly (Dom Seniora Dziennego Pobytu)

Summary

The Polish tender concerns insulation of interior walls on the ground floor and the first floor of the palace building at the Day Care Home for the Elderly (Dom Seniora Dziennego Pobytu). The works include removing internal plaster, installing 5 cm Multi PUR boards on the walls (532 m2), insulating around door frames (94 m2), and removing about 20 m3 of debris. Materials such as Multi PUR boards, adhesive, dowels, primer, and fiber-reinforced jointing compound will be provided by the Employer. The contractor must perform the works in accordance with the project documentation and applicable construction and safety regulations; a geodetic service will be provided. The Employer will not accept partial bids. The procurement uses price as a major criterion (80%) and a 60-month warranty as a secondary criterion (20%).
