Summary

The bidder must meet the required qualifications and eligibility criteria and not be excluded. In the last five years, the bidder must have completed at least one road construction project with a gross value of PLN 500,000 or more. The bidder must have at least one person with qualifications to perform independent technical functions in construction, specifically in road works, who will act as construction/site manager. If bidding as a joint venture, each member must demonstrate the portion of works they will perform. The bidder may rely on resources of other entities under Article 118 PZP and must provide a commitment and evidence of non-exclusion for those resources. Required documents and proofs of qualification must be provided in accordance with the SWZ.
