Continuous supplies of vegetables and fruits

Summary

The tender concerns the continuous supply of vegetables and fruits to the Kielce Detention Center (Areszt Śledczy w Kielcach). Bids may be submitted in parts; quantities for the parts are described in sections 5.2 to 5.2.5. The contract lasts 12 months; deliveries should occur no more than once per week from Monday to Thursday; orders are placed three days in advance by phone, fax or email. Each delivered item must be labeled in accordance with EU Regulation 1169/2011; pricing and invoicing follow the tender terms; at least 35% of the required quantity will be fulfilled. Bids may be submitted in parts.
