Provision of EMC infrastructure and software support

Summary

The tender concerns provision of EMC infrastructure and software support, including Dell EMC hardware and software manufacturer support (Part 1) and support for EMC storage arrays, SAN switches and deduplicators (Part 2). The contract is divided into a base and an optional part. Bidders must demonstrate prior experience with Dell EMC services and meet the qualification and compliance requirements. The agreement includes service levels and is payable under SWZ terms; the supplier may be asked to provide evidence and references in accordance with the SWZ.
