Preparation of comprehensive building design documentation and obtaining a building permit for a complex of residential buildings on plots at Kuberskiego and Cmentarna Streets in Opole

Summary

The tender covers the preparation of comprehensive building design documentation for nine three-storey multi-family residential buildings with underground multi-space garages on plots at Kuberskiego and Cmentarna Streets in Opole. The work includes structural and building-services solutions, obtaining connection conditions, health and safety information, an investor’s cost estimate, approvals, decisions, a building permit and a green-area inventory, as well as author’s supervision when requested. The contract period is 120 days. Price accounts for 90% of the evaluation and designer availability for 10%. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 12:00.
