Purchase of portable generators for educational institutions and subordinate units, including connections and necessary documentation

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase, delivery and installation of portable generators that are not permanently attached to the ground, including connections and necessary documentation, for educational institutions and subordinate units of Powiat Radomszczański. It is divided into three lots, and bids may be submitted for all lots: Lot 1 includes two 25 kVA/20 kW generators and one 20 kVA/16 kW generator; Lot 2 includes six 40 kVA/32 kW generators; and Lot 3 includes two 80 kVA/64 kW generators. A tolerance of ±10% is allowed for the power parameters. After installation, the contractor must train personnel designated by the contracting authority in operation, maintenance and the operating principles of the equipment within two days. The works must be completed by 10 November 2026. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. The bid submission deadline is 23 September 2026, and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish together with the required documents and the bid guarantee applicable to the relevant lot.
