Supply of consumable materials for histopathological examinations

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of consumable materials for histopathological examinations for a period of 24 months. It is divided into five lots, and tenders may be submitted for all lots. Depending on the lot, evaluation is based on price, quality and delivery time: Lots 1 and 2 use weights of 60%, 35% and 5%; Lot 3 uses 60%, 30% and 10%; and Lots 4 and 5 use price at 60% and delivery time at 40%. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 29 September 2026 at 9:30.
