Periodic maintenance, fault removal and operation of ventilation and air-conditioning equipment

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance services for ventilation and air-conditioning equipment at the District Court's buildings in Szczecin and Police for 12 months. The work includes two scheduled maintenance inspections, removal of existing faults and breakdowns, and keeping the equipment operational. Maintenance includes, among other things, cleaning, disinfection and inspection of air-conditioning units, servicing ventilation units and roof fans, and preparing an inspection report and service record after each inspection. The bidder must hold the company certificate required for the maintenance and repair of stationary air-conditioning equipment containing fluorinated gases, provide a suitably qualified service team and demonstrate at least one relevant reference contract worth at least PLN 100,000 performed during the last 3 years. Before contract signature, proof of liability insurance with coverage of at least PLN 300,000 must be provided. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the score, the cost-calculation deadline for 20% and the repair deadline for 20%.
