Maintenance and servicing of the District Office building premises, minor repairs, and maintenance and repair of air-conditioning and ventilation systems

The tender concerns maintenance and servicing of the District Office building premises and technical systems at S. Żeromskiego 29 and Al. Zjednoczenia 25 in Warsaw's Bielany district. The work includes technical building maintenance, keeping systems and equipment operational, periodic servicing, routine and minor construction repairs, preventing the spread of failures, and emergency response. It also includes maintenance and repair of air-conditioning and ventilation equipment. The contract will run for 12 months from signing or until the allocated funds are exhausted.
