Maintenance of mobile fire-extinguishing systems
Summary
The tender concerns a three-year framework agreement for the inspection, maintenance and repair of mobile fire-extinguishing systems for the Berlin Fire Brigade. The scope covers two roll-off units with eight roll containers at two locations in Berlin, with no minimum or maximum order volume. The successful contractor must carry out annual inspections and maintenance in accordance with DIN 14406 Part 4, Section 16 of the BetrSichV and the manufacturers’ instructions. Equipment must receive a valid inspection label showing the next inspection date. Written inspection and maintenance records must be provided in both paper and digital form. Pressure-vessel inspections must be carried out every five years by an inspection body commissioned by the contractor. The bid must include the exclusion-ground and company-information declaration, the prescribed bid form, proof of competent personnel, contact details, a completed price sheet and a completed service description. The contracting authority’s forms must be used; self-prepared copies and lump-sum bids are not accepted. The bid and all correspondence must be in German and submitted electronically by 16 September 2026 at 08:00. The bid must remain binding until 30 September 2026. Variant bids are not permitted. Price is the only award criterion and accounts for 100% of the evaluation.
