Maintenance service for electrical and sanitary installations and systems at the Stal Municipal Stadium in Rzeszow

Summary

The tender concerns the maintenance of electrical and sanitary installations and technical systems at the Stal Municipal Stadium in Rzeszow, seven days a week. The work includes electrical and lighting systems, fire protection and security systems, CCTV, audio and video systems, the lift, the heating plant and pitch heating system, ventilation, air conditioning, water and sewage systems, and on-site technical support during events. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the response time for starting fault removal accounts for 40%; bidders may offer a response time of 10 to 50 minutes, and a time exceeding 50 minutes will result in rejection. The contract starts no earlier than 1 December 2026 and runs for 12 months. The successful bidder must provide a 5% performance guarantee and ensure appropriately qualified personnel employed under employment contracts.
