Summary

The procurement concerns the preparation of design documentation for improving the energy efficiency of the Building Schools Complex at 15 Legionów Street in Tarnow. The design covers, among other things, the renovation of the heating, domestic hot water and ventilation systems; insulation of the building envelope, roof and external walls; replacement of windows and doors; foundation insulation; photovoltaic panels with an energy storage system; LED lighting; and the installation of an EMS/BMS and monitoring system. The site is located in an area protected as a historic urban layout. The tender submission deadline is 23 September 2026, and the service must be completed by 15 December 2026 at the latest. Price carries 60% of the evaluation, an extended warranty carries 10%, and the additional experience of the architectural designer carries 30%. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish.
