Construction supervision for the modernisation of a building’s electrical installation in Warsaw under a design-and-build arrangement

Summary

The tender concerns investor construction supervision for the modernisation of the electrical installations of the building at Krolewska 27 in Warsaw under a design-and-build arrangement. The supervision covers electrical, telecommunications, and structural and civil construction disciplines, backup and uninterruptible power solutions, a photovoltaic system, design review, monitoring of construction quality and schedule, testing, and the review of completion documentation and acceptance procedures. The expected service period is 26 months from the signing of the contract with the investment contractor, but no later than 31 December 2028. The inspector must attend the construction site at least twice a week and must generally be able to attend within two hours when called by the contracting authority. Monthly reports must be submitted within five working days after the end of each month, and the final report within 14 days after final acceptance. The tender submission deadline is 23 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion. Bidders must account for a PLN 2,400 tender guarantee, professional liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, and a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total tender price.
