Updating the design documentation for the revitalisation of the City Park in Hajnówka – II

Summary

The tender concerns updating the design documentation for the revitalisation of the City Park in Hajnówka and obtaining the administrative decisions required for the planned works. The scope includes, among other things, park paths and a manoeuvring road, lighting and electrical connections, water-supply connections and a drinking-water fountain, small architectural features, tree and shrub removal and new planting, greenery maintenance, improvements to the hill and sledding track, playground and game-area reconstruction, park-area monitoring, and amphitheatre repair. The service must be completed by 30 June 2027. The bidder must have at least one qualifying previous design project for a park or green area of at least 3 hectares and a team of several qualified specialists. Tenders will be assessed on price (60%) and the experience of the landscape architect assigned to the contract (40%). The tender must be submitted electronically by 9:00 on 23 September 2026, and documents must be prepared in Polish. A performance guarantee is required, and employment-based staffing conditions may apply during contract performance.
