Booking, sale and delivery of air and international rail tickets, hotel reservations and passport visa processing services

Summary

The tender covers, as required, the booking, sale and delivery of international air and foreign rail tickets, hotel room reservations abroad, and passport visa processing services. The service will be provided for 12 months, and tenders must be submitted electronically by 24 September 2026 at 10:00. Bidders must have at least PLN 500,000 in liability insurance, the required prior experience, an IATA-based solution and round-the-clock access to a railway ticket reservation system. The evaluation will consider, among other factors, transaction fees for international air tickets, foreign rail tickets, hotel rooms, car rental and visa processing, as well as the price of a sample Warsaw–Brussels flight ticket.
