Service inspections of medical equipment and apparatus with optional services

Summary

The tender covers periodic service inspections of medical equipment and apparatus for 24 months, together with diagnostic and repair services when required. The procurement is divided into 23 lots, and bidders may submit offers for all or selected lots. Offers are evaluated using the gross price for service inspections (60%), the gross hourly cost of diagnostics or repairs (20%) and response time (20%). A response time of up to 12 hours receives 20 points, more than 12 up to 24 hours receives 10 points, and more than 24 up to 48 hours receives 0 points. Bidders must demonstrate the required hospital-service experience and, for certain lots, authorised service-provider status from the equipment manufacturer. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish by the deadline stated in the tender document: 24 August 2026 at 10:00.
