Preparation of design documentation for sanitary sewer construction in the areas of Jeżynowa and Gołębia Streets in Starogard Gdański

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of design documentation for sanitary sewer construction in the areas of Jeżynowa Street and Gołębia Street in Starogard Gdański. It is divided into two lots, and bids may be submitted for both lots. The contract term is 12 months. The work includes surveys and a current design map, architectural and construction design, site development plan, technical design, geotechnical investigations, technical specifications, bills of quantities, an investor’s cost estimate, health and safety information, collision-removal or reconstruction designs, and any required opinions, approvals, permits, decisions and environmental decisions. The contractor must obtain either the required building permit or submit the relevant notification of works not requiring a permit. The complete documentation must be delivered in four paper copies and one electronic copy, including DWG and PDF files and cost estimates in XLS and ATH formats. The award criteria are price, weighted 60%, and the experience of the persons assigned to perform the contract, weighted 40%. Offers and documents must be submitted electronically in Polish through the designated procurement platform by 22 September 2026 at 00:00. The project is co-financed by the European Union Cohesion Fund programme FENX.01.03.
