Expansion of DP2011K from the existing sidewalk to the DP2012K intersection in Grabie – road expansion

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of design and cost-estimation documentation and the acquisition of all documents needed to obtain permission for the expansion of DP2011K from the existing sidewalk to the intersection with DP2012K in Grabie. The project covers an approximately 0.9 km section and includes a sidewalk, intersection reconstruction, a road culvert, drainage, access roads, pedestrian-crossing lighting, utility infrastructure, and permanent traffic-management changes. The contractor must prepare the construction and detailed designs, technical specifications, bills of quantities, an investor’s cost estimate, geotechnical and environmental documentation, water-law documentation, land-division materials, and the application and documents required to obtain the road investment permit (ZRID). The documentation must be delivered in paper and electronic formats, including editable source files. The contract term is 18 months. An intermediate schedule is due within 14 days of signing, and a design concept is due within one month. The tender submission deadline is 24 September 2026 at 00:00. The bid must include the completed bid form and cost estimate, be submitted electronically in Polish, and be signed with an accepted electronic signature. The bidder must demonstrate relevant services performed during the last 7 years and provide a suitably authorised road-design professional.
