Complete design and cost-estimate documentation for road expansion and bridge construction – Lots 1–3

Summary

The contracting authority is procuring complete design and cost-estimate documentation in three lots: expansion of county road No. 1465 T between Morzywół and Komaszyce over approximately 2.0 km; expansion of county road No. 1385 T between Stanowiska and Filipy over approximately 4.1 km; and construction of a permanent bridge on county road No. 1484 T at kilometre 4+693 in Kawęczyn. Bids may be submitted for all three lots, and each lot is to be completed within 24 months of contract signature. The bidder must demonstrate relevant road or bridge design experience, provide a suitably authorised and registered designer, and submit references and the required declarations and evidence. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the relevant designer's additional experience carries 40% of the evaluation. No bid security is required, but a performance guarantee of 5% of the gross contract value is required. Employment-related obligations, document formats, supervision duties and other contract conditions must be checked in the tender documents.
