Organisation and delivery of events for the needs of the Regional Centre for Social Policy of the Silesian Voivodeship

Summary

The tender covers four lots for event organisation services with a total estimated value of PLN 332,197.48 excluding VAT. The lots concern regional networking events in Katowice, Bielsko-Biała and Częstochowa, as well as a foster care forum. The services include providing a host and speakers, designing event information and promotional materials, photography, catering, event staff and coordination.
