Architectural services for spatial planning and land development involving the preparation of draft investment location and development condition decisions

Summary

The tender concerns architectural services for spatial planning and land development for the Bralin municipality. Each of the two lots covers the preparation of 210 draft development condition decisions, draft decisions determining the location of public-purpose investments, and draft development condition decisions for residential buildings of up to 70 m², including urban analyses and graphic annexes, as well as draft amendments to those decisions where required. The contracting authority may order up to 50 additional similar projects under an option for each lot. The services must be completed by 31 December 2026. The tender submission deadline is 21 September 2026. Bids may be submitted for both lots, but a different qualified person must be proposed for each lot. Bids will be evaluated based on cost (60%) and the designer’s professional experience (40%), and documents must be submitted electronically in Polish.
