Outsourcing of archival services

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive archiving and transport of documents. The work includes receiving, securing, classifying, arranging, describing and recording the client’s non-archival B5, B10, BE5 and BE10 documentation in the client’s information system, followed by transport to a location designated by the client. The estimated quantity is 1,600–1,900 cartons, corresponding to approximately 640–760 linear metres and 12,800–15,200 archival units. All documentation must be collected within 40 days, and the service must be completed within 10 months of contract signature. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 11:00. The award criteria are price (60 points), additional team experience (20 points), the documentation collection deadline (10 points), and zero-emission transport (10 points).
