Summary

The tender covers the preparation of technical and design documentation for buildings administered by the municipal premises management authority in Łódź, divided into seven lots. The work includes structural and building inventories, technical condition assessments, demolition and protection designs, exploratory openings with restoration to the original condition, technical specifications for construction and acceptance works, and investor cost estimates with bills of quantities. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The completion periods are 60 days for Lots 1–3, 50 days for Lot 4, 50.40 days for Lot 5, 40 days for Lot 6 and 42.40 days for Lot 7.
