Organisation of accommodation for participants of the SMS 2026 Young Local Government Officials’ Training in Mielno from 21 to 25 October 2026

Summary

The contract covers accommodation, catering and training facilities for 40 participants in Mielno from 21 to 25 October 2026. The contractor must provide cottages for at least four people, located no more than 500 metres from the training venue, meals and beverages, two equipped conference rooms on 23 and 24 October, free Wi-Fi, a banquet with music equipment, parking, and access to billiards, table football, table tennis and a campfire area. Tenders must be submitted by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion. The contracting authority may reduce the number of participants by up to 15, with payment based on the actual number of participants and meals provided.
