Design, supply and installation of an outdoor sauna on the swimming pool terrace on Powstańców Warszawy Street in Mielec

Summary

The tender covers the design, supply, installation, connection and commissioning of an outdoor sauna for at least 20 people, together with a cooling tub for at least four people and at least 120 cm deep, on the terrace of the swimming pool at Powstańców Warszawy 2 in Mielec. The sauna should be approximately 5.5 × 5 m and include, among other things, upper and lower benches, a transition area, shower facilities, ventilation, lighting, a sauna heater of at least 18 kW, a remotely controllable control system, an audio system and an ice maker with a capacity of at least 50 kg per 24 hours. The works must be completed by 16 November 2026 at the latest. Attendance at the mandatory site inspection is required on 15–18 September 2026 from 9:00 to 13:00 by prior arrangement. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 21 September 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and statutory liability period for 40%; the minimum period is 12 months and a 36-month period receives 40 points under that criterion. No tender guarantee or performance security is required.
