Preparation of design and cost documentation for the second-stage modernisation of the Zambrów building and author supervision of the construction works

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of design and cost documentation for the modernisation of the second part of the Social Insurance Institution building at 3A Fabryczna Street in Zambrów, together with author supervision of the construction works carried out on the basis of that documentation. The planned works include replacement of windows and doors, changes to the internal layout, roof covering replacement, accessibility improvements, lift installation, renewal of water, sewerage, heating, electrical and telecommunications systems, mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning, site development, construction of a garage and adaptation of the building to fire-safety requirements. The contract period is 252 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 00:00. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%), staff experience (30%) and shortening the documentation preparation period (10%). A performance security is also required.
