Summary
The tender covers the implementation of conservation work programmes for small architectural objects located within the city of Kraków, divided into three lots. The lots concern the Eagle Monument in Kraków-Bieżanów, a wooden cross with a sculpture of the Crucified Christ on Ku Raciborowicom Street, and a wayside chapel at the junction of Grębałowska, Stokowa and Studzienna Streets. Bids may be submitted for all three lots, and there is no limit on the number of lots that may be awarded to one bidder. The performance period is 45 days for each lot. The submission deadline is 21 September 2026 at 00:00. Bids will be evaluated separately for each lot: price accounts for 60% and the quality guarantee period for 40%. The guarantee must be at least 36 months and may be up to 60 months; bids offering less than 36 months will be rejected. Workers performing specified lower-level technical and physical tasks must generally be employed under an employment relationship, except for persons performing independent technical functions under construction law.
