Preparation of design documentation for the extension and reconstruction of the building at 1a Potockiego Street in Żnin, including hidden place U-1

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design and cost documentation for the extension and reconstruction of an approximately 360 m² public-use building at 1a Potockiego Street in Żnin. The building is intended to include, among other things, the municipal office archive, a garage and welfare facilities, together with hidden place U-1 facilities. The services include preparatory surveys and studies, designs for all required disciplines, approvals and administrative decisions, cost documentation, and author’s supervision. The documentation must enable a construction works procurement procedure and implementation of the investment. The tender deadline is 21 September 2026 and the contract must be completed by 15 December 2026. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the professional experience of the architectural designer (40%). Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish with the required electronic signature.
