Summary

The tender concerns valuation services for properties belonging to the Agricultural Property Stock of the State Treasury in Łódź Voivodeship, divided into five lots. Lots 1–4 cover 86, 106, 103 and 78 valuation reports respectively for undeveloped agricultural and non-agricultural properties. Lot 5 covers 14 valuation reports for residential premises, with inventory work where required. Each lot has a 60-day performance period. Bids are evaluated on price (85%) and completion time (15%).
