Preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation with author supervision for improving the energy efficiency of the tax office buildings in Bydgoszcz and Lipno

Summary

The tender covers the preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation and author supervision in two lots: the building of the Second Tax Office in Bydgoszcz and the Tax Office buildings in Lipno. Tenders may be submitted for both lots. The documentation must be prepared within 9 weeks of contract signature, but no later than 4 December 2026, while author supervision will continue until final acceptance of the construction works, planned for 31 December 2028.
