Preparation of draft decisions on development conditions and the location of public-purpose investments

Summary

The contract covers preparing draft decisions on development conditions and the location of public-purpose investments for Przodkowo Municipality until 31 December 2026. The scope comprises 2,500 development-condition decisions, including refusals, 40 public-purpose investment location decisions, and 50 decisions amending existing decisions. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 09:00. The evaluation gives 60% to price, 30% to execution time and 10% to the experience of the person preparing the draft decisions. A PLN 5,000 bid guarantee is required.
