Replacement of the roof covering on the old school building

Summary

The tender covers the renovation of an old school building roof under a design-and-build arrangement. The contract has two stages: within 60 days after contract signature, the contractor must prepare complete multidisciplinary design documentation, including required approvals, permits, bills of quantities and an investor’s cost estimate; within 210 days, the contractor must carry out the construction works based on that design and provide author supervision. The works include dismantling the existing roof covering and sheet-metal elements, temporarily protecting the roof, removing and disposing of construction waste, replacing roof structural members, installing battens, tiling the roof, installing gutters and downpipes, carrying out sheet-metal works and renovating chimneys. Attendance at the mandatory site visit on 23 September 2026 at 12:00 is required, and proof of attendance must be submitted with the tender. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 September 2026 at 11:00. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period carries 40%.
