Preparation of design documentation for the expansion of Leśna Street in Pińczów

Summary

The tender covers the preparation of design documentation for two separate sections of the expansion of Leśna Street, including all necessary decisions, approvals and the road investment implementation permit. Tenders may be submitted for both lots. Lot 1 covers approximately 700 m of road between county road 1266T and St Anne’s Chapel, together with the road sections on cadastral plots 85 and 235; the design must include a footpath, street lighting, drainage, a parking area for 10–20 cars, and water and sanitary sewer networks with connections. Lot 2 covers approximately 800 m of road identified in the local plan as 2.2KDD, 2.2KDL and 2.3KDW; the design must include a footpath, street lighting, drainage and a water network with connections. The tender guarantee is PLN 1,500 for Lot 1 and PLN 1,000 for Lot 2. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the quality guarantee and warranty period (40%).
