Preparation of design documentation for the extension of Kłódna Primary School – repeat procurement

Summary

The procurement covers multidisciplinary design documentation for the extension of Kłódna Primary School, including approvals, permits and author supervision. The work includes surveying the existing building, preparing at least two preliminary design options, developing building and detailed designs, carrying out geological and geotechnical investigations, obtaining utility connection conditions, securing the construction permit and the public-purpose investment location decision, preparing the investor’s cost estimate and bills of quantities, technical specifications, and interior and exterior visualisations. The design must cover, among other elements, two classrooms, a cloakroom, a canteen, three individual-learning rooms, a staff room, a toilet on the second floor of the existing building, a 12 × 24 metre sports hall with support and storage rooms, an emergency shelter, a photovoltaic installation with energy storage, external utility networks, stormwater management, accessibility measures, external areas and equipment. The documentation must be completed within 14 months of contract signature; author supervision will continue during the construction works and the documentation is subject to a 36-month warranty. The tender deadline is 21 September 2026 at 10:00. The tender must include a PLN 3,000 bid guarantee and the required declarations and powers of attorney. Price accounts for 60% of the score and the structural and civil engineering designer’s experience for 40%.
