Design documentation and author supervision for a pedestrian and cycle path along National Road 60

Summary

The tender covers the design of a pedestrian and cycle path, lighting and, in part, traffic signals and pedestrian crossings along National Road 60 in the Sieraków and Sierakówek area. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers the section from km 37+400 to km 38+730, and Lot 2 covers the section from km 35+486 to km 37+400. The contractor must prepare the building and detailed design, tender documentation, materials for the required permits and approvals, and provide author supervision. Where necessary, the contractor must assist with obtaining the environmental decision and the road investment permit and amend the design during those procedures. Tenders may be submitted for one or both lots. The completion deadline for both lots is 30 November 2027. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the required minimum warranty is 36 months and the maximum period counted for evaluation is 48 months. The tender deadline is 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Participation requires, among other things, evidence of the specified design experience, a team of five specialised professionals and the required tender security amount.
